The Reel Color Wheel Palette is a paint box with all the Reel spectrum colours including aged tattoo linear and red neutralizer. You can make virtually any colour either flesh tones or vivid spectrum colours.
*Shrinkage, cracks and bubbles are normal in alcohol palettes, and does not affect the quality or performance of the product in any way.
